- Processing genomic data, assembly and annotation (trimmomatic, samtools, bwa, bowtie, trinity, GATK, BLAST, ...)
- Programming (UNIX, Perl, Python, R, AWK, ...)
- Phylogenetic reconstructions (RAxML, BEAST, ...)
- Population genomics (FST scans, population diversity, detecting selection, ...).
